OSHA 1926.51 sets the floor: one toilet for up to 20 workers, then one toilet and one urinal per 40 workers past that. In practice, plan on one unit per 10 workers with weekly service. Crews stop walking off site to the nearest gas station, and you stop losing productive hours to it.
