Quotes and orders
A request sent through this site is not a contract. A rental becomes binding when we confirm it with you. We may decline or adjust a request if the site is inaccessible, outside our service area, or misdescribed.
Pricing and billing
Rental rates, delivery and any mileage are quoted and confirmed with you before delivery. Billing runs on a fixed 4-week cycle, which means 13 billing periods in a calendar year rather than 12. Rentals continue with no fixed term and are billed each cycle until you request pickup. Applicable Arkansas sales tax is added at the rate for the delivery address.
Cancellation
End a rental any time by phone or email. Billing stops at the end of the current billing period once the unit has been collected, and there is no fee to end a rental, though the current billing period is not prorated. Cancelling a booked delivery within 48 hours of the scheduled time is charged at 50% of the order, with a $75 minimum. Balances not paid when due carry a late charge of $25 or 5% of the balance, whichever is greater, as the law allows.
Site access
You are responsible for providing safe, legal access for a service truck, including gate codes and any permits or landowner permission. If our driver cannot reach the unit on a scheduled visit because of a locked gate, blocked access or unsafe placement, that visit is considered delivered and a failed-delivery charge of $45 applies. The same charge applies to a delivery that cannot be completed because the site is inaccessible, nobody is available, or placement is not ready.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the rental in the billing period the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including project delays.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
