Warehouse and shell construction is the steady work. Large footprints, crews that expand and contract between phases, and a unit count that should change with them. Adding or dropping units mid-job is a phone call, and because we bill in whole cycles rather than prorating, the arithmetic stays simple enough to check on an invoice.
The residential growth along Church Street and out toward the Chaffee boundary runs smaller: one or two units, several months, not much drama. Those are the jobs where being able to reach the owner directly matters, because the problems are small and need solving the same day rather than being logged with a call centre.
Barling is close enough to the yard that it is inside our flat delivery fee, and close enough that an emergency swap is realistic rather than theoretical.
Events and job sites
Weddings, parties and festivals get units delivered the day before and collected the day after. Job sites get weekly service on a set day. Barling is inside our usual delivery area.

Cleaned and stocked before delivery, and pumped, scrubbed, restocked and deodorized every week on longer rentals. Pickup is included. No fixed term.
